Death Notice: Caio Fábio D’Araújo
“…he still speaks, even though he is dead.” (Hebrews 11:4)
After forty days in the ICU of Hospital Santa Julia, being treated as an angel by angels, and surviving this period through absolute interventions of divine miracles and excellent medical care, today at noon (1:00 p.m. Brasilia time) Dad passed away. He died in peace just as he lived in peace, surrounded by love according to the great love he always had for all.
Wake will start at 5 p.m. today, at the Igreja Presbiteriana Central in Manaus, (493 Silva Ramos Street), where he served as a pastor for over 25 years, and later as pastor emeritus.
A thanksgiving service for Dad’s beautiful life will take place at the church at 2 p.m. tomorrow. Burial will follow in São João Batista Cemetery, in the family grave, at 4 p.m.
The bereaved thank everyone for the loving kindness expressed for us from everywhere and in every way.
Our very special thanks to Doctor Marcel, who was dedicated with the love of a friend; Doctor Javier, his cardiologist over the past few years; Doctor Sarkis, the hospital owner, who served us very kindly and without limits; Hilton, Gerilson, Daniel, Miquéias and Batalha, the male nurses who took care of him with the might of those who love.
Our family lives by faith, and even more did my father, in such a way that even as we miss him so badly we feel fully comforted in love.
